Thank you for choosing PickleballTshirts.co! Before making a purchase, please be sure to consult the size chart available on each product page. Our sizes generally run "true to size," except for our Tank Tops, which have a more fitted cut. If you prefer a looser fit for Tank Tops, we recommend sizing up.

Steps for Size Exchanges

1. Contact Us First:
   If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing, please email us at support@pickleballtshirts.co to start the process. We will verify your order and authorize the exchange.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility:
   For all size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose any shipping provider or courier service that is convenient for you.

3. Shipping Address for Returns:
   After approving your exchange request, our team will provide you with the shipping address in Florida (FL) where the item should be sent.

4. Item Condition and Refund Process:
   Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in perfect condition. If approved, we will proceed with a full refund of the order amount, excluding the original shipping costs.
